Seeds

A list of our favorite seeds for both the winter and summer harvest follows. These seeds have been selected over years of trial and error. They have succeeded for us not only in the garden as being good growers, but on the plate as being quite delicious. We by no means suggest that you must use these particular seeds. We encourage everyone to experiment. The opportunity to plant for winter harvest provides a particularly rich ground for experimentation and delight. If you enjoy growing your food there is nothing more gratifying than coming up with a new seed that produces a special treat for your table.
